Refugee and Asylum
ISAC provides comprehensive support to individuals applying for refugee or asylum status through a structured, multi-step process. An ISAC representative will assist you through all stages of the process.
We provide low-cost and free immigration services to those in need, prioritizing cases based on urgency to maximize the impact of our resources. As a nonprofit organization, our services are subject to budget and capacity limitations. U,T and VAWA Visa applications receive priority assessment due to their time-sensitive nature.
Family Sponsorship
ISAC is committed to helping immigrants navigate the complex journey of sponsorship to build a brighter future in the U.S. with their family. Together, we’re opening doors for families to reunite together in the United States.
Temporary Protected Status
Our ISAC representatives are dedicated to helping immigrants secure Temporary Protected Status (TPS). TOS is a vital lifeline for those unable to safely return to their home countries.
